hi

please help cause im missing the PCI Serial Port driver, the PCI Device driver and the PCI Simple Communications Controller....ive all ready tried the Realtek USB andPCIe Media Card  Reader Drivers but to no avail pleas help.

Hi:

 

You need this driver which will install both the serial port and simple comms devices...

 

This package provides the Intel Management Engine Components Driver for supported notebook models running a supported operating system. 

 

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp74501-75000/sp74844.exe

 

The PCI Device is indeed the Realtek card reader, so if the HP driver isn't working, try the one directly from Realtek.

 

Download, unzip and run the setup application from the 1st file at the link below...

Unfortunately, I don't know why the card reader driver isn't installing.

 

If your notebook is still under warranty, I suggest you contact HP technical support for assistance.
