I need you please when I start my laptop it asks me for passwords "enter administrator password or power on password"
passwords that I don't know after three tries the computer tells me "system locked press the power button to shutdown the system" I don't have access to the bios finally nothing at all I saw on the internet that it was possible to remove and replace the battery for the bios time but on my computer the battery is not there I also saw that it was possible to recover a hash of passwords for that software finds the combination but I don't have the code because it only gives "system locked press the power button to shutdown the system" moreover to do a test I removed the m.2 ssd
but nothing at all I know that the problem comes from the bios directly. I sincerely hope to find a solution with your help, thank you to those who read the message and again sorry for the romance.
