why my laptop dont have advanced bios

Almost all laptops doesn't have access to advanced bios. Only some rare high end models have it.  Laptop manufacturers lock advanced BIOS settings primarily to prevent users from accidentally damaging their hardware or causing system instability. 

 

You can't access it. Trying any unofficial method void warrenty and may make your laptop unbootable as it's risky
