HP Recommended

I have a hp 240 G7 notebook pc when I turn it on and it display on screen with blue color recovery/your pc/device needs to be repaired.and also when I press windows + b +power button it  displayed on screen "the bios recovery files cannot be found or the file are corrupted. and using another computer and a usb flash drive.download the latest bios file from the hp website and create a bios usb recovery drive for the pc that needs recovery."

 

So i have try to download BIOS with USB flashdrive howevever no boot option and also i cant find the bios system recovery. .

 

Anyone any ideas how I can ?
