How can I get into the reset system without bitlocker key? Is there a way to bypass it? I went to microsoft site, but couldn't find it.

If you don't have the Bitlocker recovery key, your option would be to reinstall Windows. 

 

You can use the HP Cloud Recovery tool on another PC to make a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset the drive to its, 'out of the box' condition.
