HP no longer stocks recovery media that you can order and have sent to you.
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Windows and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
You will need a working PC and a 32GB USB stick to hold the recovery files. Here is the link:

You use the Microsoft Store to download the actual tool:

If you use a different PC to run the tool, you will have to provide your PC's product number. Here is an HP link for finding that information:

Here's a video from HP Support about using the Cloud Recovery Tool:

Your PC is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool and since you live outside of the United States of America, I doubt that you will want to pay for shipping to order the HP recovery kit for your notebook from this only source where I know that one is available.
That leaves you with one other option...clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the USB installation media, install W10 and after W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

I've already installed windows 10 pro but it's corrupted now and also there were no touch screen drivers in it and i used my laptop without touch screen for months because manufacturer site also don't provide any kind of touch screen driver one main reason of installing the pre installed windows 10 is this touch screen not working issue.
