The laptop turned off with a blue screen before, but now the battarea "601" error has been detected (with the battery disconnected, the situation described further does not change) the blue screen appears constantly, and usually with an error "Page fault in nonpaged area". When I run memory tests in the diagnostic system, it almost immediately gives an error with failure id: 6BW39G-6T5B41-MFGJXF-007803, what does this error mean?

I'm not a PC repair tech by trade or training, so unfortunately, I would not know why that code was generated and why it now reports a failed motherboard or processor.
With electronics, it could be any number of reasons why something suddenly no longer works.

Hi:
Here is the report generated by the code you posted, minus your PC's serial number.
6BW39G-6T5B41-MFGJXF-007803 | OK | 0000000000 | 5/9/22 | 0 | System/Processor Board | Backplane Board, System Board, Processor, Processor Board | BGA integrity |
Basically, the report is telling you that the motherboard or processor has failed.
