Given you already have Dropbox account, please use the following steps:

  1. Sign in to dropbox.com.
  2. Click Upload.
  3. Choose Files or Folder.
    • If you choose Files, select as many files as you like and click Open.
    • If you choose Folder, select a folder and click Upload.

Note: Each file or folder that you upload through dropbox.com must be 50 GB or smaller. For larger files or folders, use the desktop or mobile apps, which don’t have a file size limit.

Hi,

It's Easy for you to sync the files between laptop and Dropbox if you download the Dropbox desktop client and install it on your laptop:

1. Download Dropbox desktop box from this URL: https://www.dropbox.com/install

2. Install and then launch it.

3.  Right-click on the Dropbox icon locates on the taskbar.

4. Choose Preference.

5.  Go to Sync Tab and choose the folder. You can Choose or create a local folder to be synced, e.g. Dropbox

Whenever you modify, copy, delete, save or send any file inside this Dropbox folder, it will be automatically synced to Dropbox's server, it's an excellent tool for teamwork.
