how do i change boot order and boot fro usb

There should be no need to change the boot order.

 

Have the flash drive in one of your notebook's USB ports.

 

Turn on or restart the PC.

 

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu and from that select the USB flash drive and press the Enter key and the PC should boot from the USB flash drive.
