my laptop is new and when I turn it on it turns out that you have to put a driverlock password but I do not have any password of that type and I want to know how to obtain or get a

I can't think of any reason why the drive would be locked on a new PC.

Regardless, we can't help you around that as you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly so they can verify ownership before passing along any information to you.
