Hi, @Britishbabu
I do not know of a situation where HP sends recovery media for free for their consumer products--even when they are under warranty.
Also the warranty for your notebook is only good in the USA, not India unless the same exact model you have is sold and marketed in India as well.
So, you can either have a friend or relative in the United States order recovery media and have it shipped to their USA address, and then they can mail the recovery media to you...
or...you can always clean install W10 for free at any time by using the Media Creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The tool will give you the option of making a W10 installation flash drive, or you can save an ISO file which you can later burn to a DVD using your DVD burning software's burn ISO file option.
The software will work with the W10 product key in your notebook's BIOS.
After W10 is installed, you can go to your notebook's support page to install the drivers and available software you need.

Hello;
Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!
Two things ...
First, there is no "Recovery CD" as such. These days recovery media require several DVDs or a USB stick.
Second, if HP will not ship you Recovery Media, your alternative is to see if either of these sites have it and will ship it to you:
http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
Good Luck
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Hi
Paul said... I do not know of a situation where HP sends recovery media for free for their consumer products--even when they are under warranty.
I do.
ME.
After several hours of inability to 'fix' my laptop with remote intervention I was sent a set of DVD's to do it myself.
It was the cheaper option than waste tech time not being able to fix a 2 week old laptop either by phone or RDP.
So I put back a little something now and again as I respect the time taken to help me.

Hi, @Britishbabu
If the notebook came with W10 from HP, then there is a W10 product key in the BIOS.
What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?
The product number can normally be found on the same label as the serial number, or use this guide to find that info.

@CF4 That may be well and good when you live in the same country where HP markets and supports the PC.
I do not know of any circumstance where a person who lives in India will ever get the support folks in the USA to send recovery media to India. It just doesn't happen.
