I don't understand your question.  Windows 10 comes with Windows Defender, the default AV product provided by Microsoft.  It is also enabled by default.  So, it should be working.  How do you know it is not?

OK, so I see the image -- and virus and threat protection is enabled -- as I had already said.

This is Windows Defender in action, which comes preloaded on Windows 10 laptops.

IF you don't understand that, then read this:  https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/5918-how-turn-off-microsoft-defender-antivirus-windows-10-a.html
