What you have to do is INSTALL an OS to your PC, and in order to do that, you first have to either erase the one already there (you will need boot media to do this, as you can't remove an OS that is in use), or you have to boot into a partitioning tool and use it to shrink down an existing partition to make room for another OS.

And then, you boot into the installation media for the second OS and install it by following the instructions for that OS.
