Your techs say this is a Microsoft problem.

However, on boot, my new HP 15-fd20025nr laptop REQUIRES A NETWORK in order to continue the boot process. 

Then, it asks for a password to the WRONG Microsoft account that it has previously stored.

All I want to do is start over, from a clean install, and enter the CORRECT Microsoft account
