Anything applicable for your PC model can be downloaded from HP's drivers and downloads section here >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

 

HP Protect Tools is the old version and old name of what is now known as HP Client Security Manager. HP Protect Tool is not available under Windows 10 as it is old , while HP Client Security Manager is.

 

HP Client Security Manager (and Protect Tools) are applicable only for certain business class (higher end) devices.
