Hello hpsupport, I want to ask about the problem I'm experiencing. At first I wanted to restart my laptop. but suddenly this start up repair appears and I can't do anything. The display that appears on the laptop is only the ESC key to pause start up and the startup menu F1 (system information), F2 (system diagnostics), F9 (boot delivery), F10 (bios setup), and F11 (system recovery) and the enter button to continue. startup. Therefore, I clicked the enter button to continue startup and waited a few hours. But after that, I opened the laptop again this cycle kept repeating itself. So I'm confused what to do, what do I need to do to return to the original mode? Please help to follow up
