Product: HP 2000-2d27DX Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
Hello, my name is Reggie I was wondering if anyone here could help me factory reset my computer I recently got it from my deceased grandpa but it has a password that I just cannot figure out the password even with the hint, and because of that I've decided to try to factory reset the whole thing but I looked up how to and nothing worked so I came to here to find someone who can. Thank you, whoever you are in advance.
