how to fix Boot Device not found - I have tried to reboot and follow the BIOS instructions but keep geeting the sam screen

This is not a BIOS issue, so I don't know what BIOS instructions you are following.

 

This nearly always means the primary drive is failing, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
