cant get diagnostic help because of Solution Framework error code "-3".

How can i fix this?

The Solution Framework error code "-3" typically indicates a failure in launching or communicating with the HP Support Solutions Framework (HPSSF), which is used by HP diagnostic tools and support pages.

Here are steps to resolve this issue:

Uninstall HP Support Solutions Framework

  • Press Windows + R, type appwiz.cpl, and press Enter.
  • In the list of installed programs, locate HP Support Solutions Framework.
  • Right-click and choose Uninstall.

Reboot Your System

  • Restart your laptop to ensure all components are properly reset.

Install HP Support Assistant (Optional but Recommended)

Run Diagnostics Again

  • Visit the HP ENVY 17-ch0000 support page: Official HP® Support
  • Try running the diagnostics tool again. It should now work without the error.

Additional Tips

  • Ensure your Windows 11 is fully updated.
  • Use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for best compatibility with HP tools.
  • Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus software during installation if issues persist.
