i specifically had a video chat with a salesman because i needed a monitor with height adjustment .
i bought the monitor i was advised.
it arrived but doesn't have height adjustment just tilt
on sending a poor review to HP issued email i had a response for customer care ([Personal Information Removed] etc) full of response and offering to help on 15/3/23.
i replied and there has been no response since.
Please clarify that there is a wish to maintain customer care and loyalty .

I am not sure if the email you received was some sort of an automatic one or non-monitored one, or not just one to collect feedback...
In order to get an official response from the Customer Support department, please visit this website, follow the on-screen instructions to register your product S/N and you will see the support/contact options (e.g. Online Chat, Whats App, Phone, Web). You can speak to a person, chat with a representative and/or log a case >> https://support.hp.com/gb-en/contact
Your concern may be more sales/product related. You might need a different product. In this case I would recommend that you contact this team via phone and express your concern >> https://www.hp.com/gb-en/contact-hp/shopping.html

i have done all that repeatedly and there is no response
in tried twice with whatsapp and after many hours i was told that time was up and i needed top start again!
How much time is a customer expected to waste trying to get some service
