Hello,

 

I would like to know how to increase the memory of the HP laptop that currently has 4GB of RAM (that's not enough) when I use the computer. Indeed, I use practically 3.6GB or 3.8GB from time to time because I use Spotify, Microsoft edge and Microsoft teams. with all this my computer slowed down and crashed. 

 

I would like to increase memory to 7gb or 8GB to my computer.

According to the report, you can install a max of 2 x 8 GB of memory in your notebook.
