Hi:
The only way you can install W7 from the recovery drive is to use the F11 factory reset option using the HP recovery manager software.
If you can't do, that, then the recovery partition is useless.

If the factory reset option doesn't work, and you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 Home Premium product key on your notebook's case, I have provided the link to the W7 Home Premium 64 bit ISO file download.
The link will be good for 24 hours from when I posted it.
I have also zipped up and attached the Microsoft utility below, that you can use to transfer the ISO file to a DVD or USB flash drive so that it is bootable.
After W7 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
You may need to use the Microsoft automated phone activation system to activate the installation.
If you can't read the product key and the recovery manager program doesn't work, you may be able to order W7 recovery media from this vendor at the link below.
