I reset  my computer, and lost most of my apps. My printer no longer works, and I am unable to connect it to my computer.  How do I regain my apps, and use of my printer?

It will be difficult to help you without you helping us by providing more information.

 

You will need to completely identify your notebook as you have only provided a small bit of the identifying information so far.  In the notebook section, there is a detailed explanation on how to identify your notebook. Use it, please.

 

You will need to reinstall your programs and the driver software for your printer.  

 

The same thing applies to your printer. We do not have ESP and cannot magically make everything work without assistance from you. You have provided zero information on your printer, other than that it is a printer.

 

The reset utility for Windows does make a point of telling you that you will have to reinstall everything.

1. Product Name and Number (please do not post Serial Number)
• Example: HP Pavilion DV2-1209AX or HP Deskjet 3000 Printer CH393A
2. Operating System installed (if applicable)
• Example: Windows XP, Windows Vista 32-bit, Windows 7 64-bit
3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
