i wanto fix code 39. PC is not detecting or loading any USB connected devices. But when i updated the USB xHCI driver, it is showing that "the best driver is installed". The Usb port is unable to load devices that are connected like PENDRIVE, EXTERNAL KEYBOARD, MOUSE etc,. PLEASE HELP ME.... i hope you do the needful as soon as possible.

Have you tried Uninstalling each USB Controller in Device Manager? Right click each and uninstall. Restart the laptop and wait for Windows to reinstall drivers before testing mouse or kbd.

i found a solution by just reinstalling the windows. The problem is solved.
