HP Recommended
Product: hp 14-cm0002na

My notebook appears to have died. Blank screen when I try to turn it on & nothing else happening. Sometimes the fan sounds for a few seconds & then stops.

 

I've already checked the power connection & tried tapping Esc repeatedly whilst turning on (as suggested in a different post) but no joy.

 

Any thoughts before I take my notebook to the computer hospital?
