Subject: Request for Correct Feature Byte/Build ID & DMI Programming — HP Pavilion 15-ab019na

Following a BIOS update, my HP Pavilion 15-ab019na (S/N:[edited], P/N: N1M04EA#ABU) is misidentifying hardware and two USB ports are non-functional.

Diagnostics confirm that all standard DMI fields are correct, but the HP-specific Feature Byte and Build ID are malformed or set to fallback defaults:

Feature Byte: FBYTE#3Q6b7K7M7W7jaBapaqasauawbPbSbhbpbzcbce.By;

Build ID: BUILDID#15WW2GSA603#SABU#DABU;

I request the correct Feature Byte/Build ID for this serial/model and an official HP tool or remote support to restore the DMI region. A full diagnostic log is attached.
Kind regards,
