hp 15-f010dx Power on Password

Just replaced the motherboard on my laptop, and started it up.  First got a CMOS checksum invalid message, and then went to the screen requesting the Administrator Password or Power on Password.

I tried removing the CMOS for about 10 minutes and powering back up, and same issue happened.  The CMOS battery was taken out of my other motherboard, which was working fine (until I tore a ZIF connector when upgrading my harddrive).

When asked for the password just hit enter 3 times.
