Product: hp 15-271wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Replaced original HDD 1year ago and after downloading a new program on laptop and shutdown.  With the next power up unable to boot, recovery or reset. Proceeded with a clean install and fresh start.  Downloaded windows version 1903. After successfully installing and running ok.  Ran diagnostic test HDD failed extensive test. Device will not boot past logo screen or boot option.

On another PC, download and install Media Creation Tool to create bootable USB for installing latest Windows 10.
