Hi:
See if this works...
Here is a way you may be able to clean install W8.1.
Install W8.1 by creating the Microsoft installation media using another Windows PC...Your notebook came with W8.1 64 bit so make the W8.1 64 bit installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8ISO
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, use this generic key.
This is the generic key for W8.1 'standard.'

If your notebook came with W8.1 Pro, then use this key...
XHQ8N-C3MCJ-RQXB6-WCHYG-C9WKB
If you had to enter one of the generic product keys, manually change the generic product key to the W8.1 'standard' or Professional key in your PC's BIOS in the PC settings menu.
If you had to enter a key, after you get W8.1 installed, you will need to run the free utility I zipped up and attached below, that will show you show the W8 product key in your PC's BIOS.
I have also zipped up and attached below, the Microsoft tool which hopefully will transfer the ISO file to a DVD or usb flash drive so it is bootable.
Then you can install the available drivers and software from your PC's support page.

You're very welcome, Ela.
Unfortunately, yes it is.
You'll need to replace the hard drive.
You can enter the code in the box at the link below to see the results of that code...
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
99.9% of the time you get one of those hard drive failure codes, you have to replace the hard drive.

Paul I repleaced hard drive and install fresh version of win 8.1 using your tutorial but I can't activate windows now.
I used ShowKeyPlus to get my OEM Key and got key wich I can't install, got message it is not valid. ShowKeyPlus aplication say that I have OEM Edition : Win 8.1 RTM CoreConnected OEM.
Did I install wrong version of windows or there is something else a problem?
Regards
Elvira

Hi, Elvira:
Yes, unfortunately, you have the W8.1 with Bing, and the only way to install that would be to read the info at the link below...
Make the 64 bit version.
You can't use the Microsoft download site for that, because they don't have W8.1 with Bing as an option.
You should not have to enter a product key when you install this version.
https://www.pcsteps.com/210-download-windows-8-1/#How_to_download_Windows_81with_Bing
I didn't think a HP business class notebook would come with that version.
After you make the ISO file, I recommend you uninstall the file sharing program required to get the ISO file.
