i will ask what is wrong when my computer explodes so that the small icons disappear and resumes at full time

Obviously, your computer does not actually "explode" -- or it would be in lots of small pieces.

Also, do not understand what "resumes at full time" means.

So, please provide a more detailed explanation of (1) what you are attempting to do, and (2) what happens when you do that.
