HP Recommended

I am getting a Administrator or bootup password at start up, I dont have the password or code. I google and see that you must enter a wrong code/password 3 times and will get a disable code. I dont get a disable code either. Can any one assist please. It is a HP 255 G8 laptop

I wish we could help you -- but we're not allowed to, since we have no way from here to verify ownership of any computer.
