Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on my HP4540s window appaired with the following information

The following product information programmed into the system board  is missing.

SYSTEM BOARD (00A)

Product Name

Product Serial Number

Product SKU

Product Family

System Board CT Number

Enter - Continue Startup

 

After Enter BIOS login and passward inwindow appared but login field is not selctable and any passward not accepted. then Enter again and system infromed its locked to restart.
