Hello, I wanted to reinstall windows, but I encountered a problem that the installer does not see the disks where to install windows. I downloaded the HP Cloud Recovery Tool driver and it asked for a product ID, I entered it and it told me that it was not valid and I needed to contact you. I entered the code from the HP support assistaint application. It's not on the back cover

The HP cloud recovery tool is only supported for PC's that came with a Windows product key in the BIOS of the system board.

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it came with FreeDOS which means that there is no Windows product key in the BIOS and therefore is not supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

If the motherboard came with a Windows product key, it would have had part number M54821-601

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the drivers that I zipped up and attached below which are good for Intel PC's with 11th>13th Gen Intel Core processors.

Unzip and copy all of the files in the folder in the attachment to a USB flash drive.

Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.

Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.

When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

If Windows still can't find the drive, uncheck the box to include the compatible driver and try any of the ones listed.
