product hp 0299tu laptop
i do the hp cloud recovery but it stuck at approx 70% due to inactive internet connection and save the log after that i again open this and extraction is now in progress and after that download begin from 0%
buy i spent 10 gb on first time
after that download begin again and now it stuck AT 62% And there is no internet issue right now
what to do to resolve this
