HP pavilion dm4 PC CAN NOT BOOT FROM USB, AND GOING THROUGH LOOP.
BIOS NOT ACCESSIBLE, SFC CAN NOT BE PERFORMED. THE BROKEN HDD IS REPLACED BY A RAW SSD , AND SSD MEMOERY CHECK HAS PASSED, WHAT COULD BE done to solve THE PROBLEM .
