hi thank you in adavance to anyone out there that can fix my problem .

i have an elitepad 1000 g2 tablet . i went to turn it on but it says there is a bios problem of 501 ive tried looking on the internet for a fix which led me to download a bios update onto a usb stick but i cant get it to load onto my tablet . so gave up on that then i managed to get up the panel of different options with the boxes of diognostics recovery reset ect ive tried factory reset with and without saving my files no good . just says there was a problem while resetting your pc 

earlier on it only came up once and it said cant find windows . i am now at the end of my tether and now have hardly any hair left to pull out , can anyone help me ???? if so i realy would love to hear from you
