hp envy 17b hard drive failure

my hard drive went bad and i'm not very computer savvy  in fact im dumb but i am a disabled vet and just cant afford to go to a computer store to have them set it up is there anywhere i can download recovery disks for my machine for  free

After you replace the hard drive, you can reinstall W10 for free as follows...

Use the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below to create a bootable W10 installation flash drive.

If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
