Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Laptop will not boot up. Factory resetting and now just the hp symbol comes up then screen goes black and about 40 seconds later the same thing. Getting error code 0xc0000225.

Hi,

You could try reinstalling the OS as there might not be enough space to factory reset.

You can create a bootable USB drive with OS on it from Microsoft on a different PC

Boot from this drive at startup  ESC for the startup menu and then F9 for boot menu.

During installation choose custom install and delete all partitions. Install in unallocated space.
