Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 (2D115AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Computer is 4 months out of warranty, and had barely a few hours worth of use. Wife stored the computer in drawer for about 1 1/2  years without use . Would not power on after, so I bought new battery but still wont power on. Light at plug is white for 11 seconds then flashes once, then repeats. Power cord has 19.88 volts. I've tried everything like holding power button down without battery etc.. would anyone have suggestions?

This may be windows 10 and not 11, cant remember for sure.
