HP notebook x2 10" p005na
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Help pls.

My HP notebook x2 10" p005na not working when tablet is removed from keyboard it just freeze until i reconect to keyboard.

I think it is my fault as i made mistake, that I was trying to rename microSD card and instead I renamed one of the 64Gb discs or im not sure what it was. Could somebody tell me what name you have on 32Gb or 64Gb card which is integrated inside. Maybe it will help or how to revert it back how it was from factory.

Thank you

@Hubo1173 I suggest you update the BIOS and Chipset drivers to resolve the connection issues with the keyboard if that doesn't work. and you are confident the issue began after you accidentally renamed the drive, I recommend you create a backup of all your personal data/file and perform a system recovery to resolve this issue: Click here to visit your user guides, Page. 51 Restore and recovery.

P.S: Welcome to HP Forums! 😉
