Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

After updating my bios from 21 to 22, my laptop keeps getting thermal throttle and keeps lagging when I try to play any video
I have tried to roll back the bios Using Win+B and the pendrive method but I keep getting error 500, I try to fix that I get error 502.

So, now i can't rollback bios from 22 and the laptop keeps getting laggy and throttling after running a little heavy intensive work.
