Product: HP ProBook 4540s Notebook PC

After formatting the computer, although there is Bluetooth on the device, when I go to the settings, there is not even an option to turn it on or off. Even though the latest driver is 2015 and up to date, it does not work. Product model is HP PROBOOK 4540S, Bluetooth does not work.

Yes, the Bluetooth does not work on the newer builds of W10.

 

There is no fix other than to use a USB Bluetooth adapter.

 

If you want, you can replace the Ralink card with the dual band Intel card with Bluetooth that is listed in chapter 3 of your notebook's service manual.

You must get one with the HP part number on it or it will not work.
