hp recovery doesn't recognize id product

Boa Tarde como estão estou tentando fazer o recovery do meu notbook usando o hp recovery já o fiz uma vez nas agora quando coloco o numero de produto de id ele da erro não reconhece

Hi:

You have to use a different version of the HP cloud recovery software for business class notebooks such as yours.

For the business class PC's if you need to use the software on another PC to create the recovery driver, you enter your notebook's serial number in the software's search window, not the product number.
