i lost my windows, i don't have recovery media, so i want to download recovery kit for my laptop to back it to it's original state.

 

how can i get this recovery from hp??

You've got 2 options

 

1. Reinstall Windows and get up-to-date version using the following tool

              https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

    Windows 10 will install on your machine and will activate itself using the key in BIOS of your machine

 

2. Use Cloud recovery tool from HP

             https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205
    

Now It is up to you, my preferred way is to use option 1
