Hello,

It seems like I have a couple of problems since installing the new Windows 10 1909 version.

Problems are:

- no bluetooth on/off anymore (windows says there is no bluetooth on this laptop)

- f2 and f3 not working anymore to darken and brighten the screen

- when laptop rotated in tent my screen is not turning along with the rotation so it stays upside down

Do I read well that on this site (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05195282)  HP says that my laptop is not supported anymore?? And therefore drivers are not updated anymore. Laptop is only 5 years old.

And if my problems come from this what is best solution? Go back (if possible) to and older version of windows 10?

Hello @matpost2110

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I cannot read clear confirmation in the links you provided that your laptop is not supported anymore - the article says "may not" or "might not" ...  but 5 years laptop is consider "old" for a consumer class device and you cannot expect HP to provide full support for all the latest stuff [generally speaking].

Hope this helps.

Thank you for your advice!

As the problems are not serious enough to work with my laptop with the latest Windows version I stick to the latest version.
