HP Stream Laptop 11-y0XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have tried to reset my laptop on numerous occasions. It goes through the resetting process, but in the middle of the process, it says 'There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made'. I have also had a problem with the amount storage that i have on the laptop, which is stopping me from downloading the latest version of Windows 10. These problems started when I first bought the laptop, which was around 5 months ago.

You're not going to have enough available disk space on your PC to download a Win10 image and do an update -- as that typically takes 20GB or so of free space.

You CAN use another PC to download the image and make a Win10 installation USB from this link:  

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

Here are some things you can do to recover some of the "disk" space:
