Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

hi there can anyone help me ihave a new hp laptop set it all up and its so SLOW and lagging way to much for a new laptop I have looked online for help and have run tests on laptop but nothing seems to work when I enter product name etc it cant find my laptop? any ideas ? many thanks

Since this is a new Notebook, there will be updates going on in the background which will definitely make the Notebook slow in the initial days till all those updates get installed

 

Could you provide me with the Product Number please
