You can't factory reset a Stream laptop without using external media -- it will fail due to insufficient disk space.

So, what media did you use?

I know u can reset a HP stream as any other laptop without using media to do it. It deleted the operating system and tells me no bootable device please install a operating system  so I purchased and created a media creation tool I got from hp and it doesn't let me install it on drive 0 unallocated space and it gives me an error code 0x80300024 so them I try to create a new location to install and it tells me we couldn't create a new partion error 0xf4efboeo what can I do

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.
