Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I received a bios update on the hp Victus laptop and after the update was completed the laptop didn't boot the screen is just flashing by itself and there is no more firmware on the hp site that i can use to flash through USB

I reached out customer service support they told me some of the troubleshooting methods like resetting bios , clearing cmos and also tried reinstalling bios using a bootable pen drive but it does not solve my problem

then an engineer visited me and replaced the whole motherboard .....

he told me sometimes bios update may end in making the motherboard damage

i mean what the heck man....

but after this i am seeing a weird message every time i boot up the laptop it shows manufacturer programming mode is in unlock mode, serial number is missing in bios info

facing trackpad issue

i raised a complaint for refund or replacement of laptop

hope i get my money back

it's only 3 months old
