Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Received a new laptop in February, intermittent memory issues and blue screen. But overall surviving.  Recently noted laptop is quite hot on the speaker bar.   Cleaned the fans and noticed on one side vents are false on half a fan.  (blocked by design).   Case is small and tight, having had to change the memory on a service call my self.   Service is sending memory back order til November and motherboard is in.  (this will be the 2nd memory replacement) so we cancelled and are starting with the mother board..   On this lap top, there is very little breathing room, and lots of heat conductive parts.   Anyone having issues?  I am at wits end, and down 10 days even with a next day service agreement, poor service on the call in end in regards to department connects, and information.   I asked to exchange it and am told I am outside my return window.  While still under warranty.   Issues commenced initially in March with a memory error approximately 2 weeks into use.    I had a zbook G3 6 years with one or two small glitches easily corrected and if it wasn't for a near impossible windows 10 upgrade I would still be on it, help feed back shared com-misery appreciated.

clarification: one set memory replaced, after memory management errors and blue screen.     A second set ordered and new mother board.   Would not load after a few blue screens, to black screen with curser.    Side note, after sitting for 3 days, I tried it and it loaded by some miracle, but the next morning would not load/repair etc. or boot from boot drive.   Will be 10 days today, with a next day service contract.   Covid causing back logs in memory and parts, so beware before you upgrade all your programs and can't access your files from 7 on your old laptop.   Have a back up plan, because HP does not.
